Hello, I'm Brittany! With 14 years of nursing experience, I've dedicated my career to helping people feel their very best. I began my nursing journey in cardiac care before spending the majority of my career in postpartum nursing, caring for families through some of life's most meaningful moments.
My passion for helping others eventually led me to aesthetic nursing, where I discovered the perfect blend of science, artistry, and confidence. I love creating natural, refreshed results that enhance your unique beauty and help you feel like the very best version of yourself. I'm committed to continually advancing my knowledge through ongoing education and training, allowing me to bring the latest techniques and innovations in aesthetic medicine to every client I treat.
That passion inspired me to create Beauty Rush—a place where clients always come first. I wanted to build a warm, welcoming space where your goals guide every treatment, never trends or someone else's idea of beauty. For me, the best part of this work is seeing that moment when a client looks in the mirror and leaves feeling just a little more confident than when they walked in. That's the rush that inspired our name.
When I'm not at Beauty Rush, you'll find me spending time with my husband and our three children, traveling, making memories, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Hello, I'm Melissa! I'm a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated my nursing career to caring for others through some of life's most meaningful moments.
My career began in postpartum nursing, where I cared for high-risk mothers and their babies, as well as newborns experiencing withdrawal from intrauterine substance exposure in a specialized nursery. Six years ago, I discovered my passion for aesthetic medicine, allowing me to combine my clinical expertise with helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
I believe the best aesthetic results enhance your natural beauty without changing who you are. My approach focuses on safe, individualized treatments that leave you looking refreshed, youthful, and authentically you. Patient safety is always my highest priority, and my goal is for every client to leave feeling beautiful, empowered, and confident.
Originally from Queens, New York, I now happily call Arizona home. I'm a wife and proud mom to an amazing four-year-old daughter, and we're excited to welcome another little girl to our family this fall. Our home is also filled with love from our two spoiled senior Yorkies.
When we're not chasing little ones, our family loves traveling and making memories together. I'm so grateful you're here, and I can't wait to welcome both new and familiar faces while helping you look and feel your very best.

Hi, I'm Amanda! Originally from New York, I began my career in the beauty industry in 2015, providing brow, skin, hair, and makeup services. But my passion for aesthetics took on an entirely new meaning after a life-changing car accident in 2020 left me with significant facial injuries.
Throughout my recovery, I experienced firsthand the incredible impact that skilled providers and advanced skincare can have—not only on healing, but on confidence. That experience inspired me to pursue medical aesthetics and help others feel just as empowered in their own skin.
After relocating to Arizona, I completed advanced Aesthetics and Laser training at Penrose Academy. Since graduating in 2021, I've dedicated my career to creating personalized, results-driven treatment plans while delivering an elevated experience every client can look forward to.
I specialize in customized facials, SkinPen® microneedling, chemical peels, brow laminations, and Korean lash lifts. Whether you're looking to address specific skin concerns or simply maintain healthy, glowing skin, my goal is to help you achieve beautiful, lasting results tailored to your unique needs.
Outside the treatment room, you'll usually find me at Pilates, exploring the outdoors, trying new recipes, learning songs on the guitar, or spending time with my French Bulldog, Kona.
